Product Description

THE BALTIC PLUNGE TUB

Cold immersion has a way of sharpening the senses while bringing the body back into a steadier, more grounded state. The Baltic Plunge Tub offers a simpler, more traditional cold therapy experience in a compact cedar barrel form that feels natural, functional, and easy to place in an outdoor wellness space.

Manufactured in Canada by Leisurecraft, The Baltic Plunge Tub is made with Eastern White Cedar and designed to complement the Canadian Timber Collection. It ships assembled and ready to use, with a plastic HDPE liner, stainless steel bands on the exterior, and a classic round plunge profile that suits both home recovery rituals and sauna-side contrast use.

This cold plunge tub can be used with an electric chiller unit, or you can keep the water cold by adding ice as needed. It holds 132 gallons (501 litres) of water and can be upgraded with optional accessories for greater convenience and comfort.

Care & Maintenance

Regular sauna maintenance is an important part of ownership and helps preserve the longevity of the sauna while supporting a clean, pleasant, and relaxing experience.

General Guidelines

  • Use towels on benches to protect the wood and absorb sweat during sauna use.
  • Cedar may shrink or expand with humidity and weather. The goal is for the cedar to expand into the stainless-steel bands.
  • Tighten the bands after initial installation, typically within the first month, then check periodically with a ¾” wrench as needed.
  • Keep air inlet and outlet vents unobstructed for proper airflow.
  • The exterior may be stained using a product recommended by your local retailer. LeisureCraft recommends and stocks Livos stain products for this purpose.
  • The interior is typically left natural and unfinished. Meldos Sauna Oil by Livos can be applied if you wish to enhance and protect the wood.

After Each Use

  • Open the door after each session to allow fresh air circulation and reduce moisture buildup.
  • Use a clean, dry towel to remove sweat and moisture from benches, backrests, and wooden surfaces.
  • Rinse with cold water to help close the pores of the wood and promote faster drying.

Clear expectations before checkout

Please review before ordering. Larger Leisurecraft deliveries may require customer-arranged unloading, equipment, or local assistance.

Residential delivery, crates & unloading DO NOT MISS

Most residential deliveries are curbside or end-of-driveway by appointment.

The trucking company typically does not unload the crate, bring it inside, move it to a backyard, or place it in the final location.

Some larger shipments require the customer to arrange assistance or equipment for unloading, such as a forklift for heavy crates.

The freight carrier may not be able to back into certain driveways, private roads, narrow roads, or restricted-access locations.

Important: Optional white-glove or in-home placement is not included in standard delivery. If requested, Between Living may help coordinate a separate third-party service, quoted and paid separately where available.
This optional service may assist with moving the product from curbside to a preferred location only. It does not replace any required unloading plan, and it does not include assembly, construction, plumbing, or electrical work.
White-glove service is most commonly used for larger sauna units. Smaller items may not require additional handling.

If assembly, construction, plumbing, or electrical work is needed, the customer is responsible for arranging the appropriate local contractor or licensed professional.

We’ll share the delivery instructions before shipment and again when tracking is issued.

Lead times and build estimates vary by model; we confirm at time of order.
