If you’ve changed your mind and wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’re here to help make the process as clear and straightforward as possible.
Because Between Living works with multiple manufacturers and offers products ranging from smaller accessories to furniture, sauna equipment, hot tubs, cold plunges, outdoor structures, specialty products, and made-to-order goods, cancellation requirements may vary by product and manufacturer.
Order Cancellation
Before Processing or Fulfillment
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Between Living as soon as possible.
We will review the order’s current fulfillment status and the applicable product or manufacturer cancellation terms.
Where an order has not entered a non-cancellable stage of processing, production, customization, procurement, or fulfillment, cancellation may be available according to the applicable terms.
Orders Already in Processing or Production
Some orders may become non-cancellable or subject to cancellation or change fees once processing, production, customization, procurement, or manufacturer fulfillment has begun, even if the order has not yet physically shipped.
This is particularly important for made-to-order, customized, configured, specialty, large, or manufacturer-processed products.
Where a product-specific or manufacturer-specific cancellation period, fee, or restriction applies, those terms will govern the cancellation of that item.
If a cancellation fee or other manufacturer-specific condition applies to your order, we will communicate the applicable information when reviewing your cancellation request.
After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, it generally can no longer be cancelled.
If your order has already shipped, please contact us and we will assist you in determining whether the product is eligible for return under our Return & Refund Policy and any applicable product-specific or manufacturer-specific terms.
Return eligibility is not guaranteed solely because an order could not be cancelled after shipment.
Cancellation Fees
Cancellation fees may apply depending on the product, manufacturer, and stage of fulfillment.
Because Between Living works with multiple manufacturers, we do not apply one universal cancellation fee or percentage across all products.
Where a manufacturer-specific cancellation fee or charge applies, that amount will govern the cancellation.
Made-to-order, customized, configured, specialty, or manufacturer-processed products may have stricter cancellation requirements and may become non-cancellable once production or fulfillment has begun.
