• Install the sauna on a firm, level surface with adequate drainage.
• Recommended surfaces include concrete, decking, pavers, or compacted gravel.

Shipping Details

• Shipping costs vary based on delivery location.
• Outdoor saunas are delivered fully assembled via flatbed trailer.
• Customers are notified approximately two weeks prior to the scheduled delivery date.
• Due to the size and weight of the unit, a forklift or crane is required for unloading.
• Manual offloading is not recommended.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring proper unloading equipment is available at the time of delivery.
