Most in-stock Golden Designs products are typically prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is generally expected within approximately 7–14 business days, depending on destination, carrier scheduling, product availability, and freight conditions. 

Larger Golden Designs products are delivered by curbside freight. The freight carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment, typically 24–48 hours before delivery. Please note that remote or difficult-to-access locations may require additional arrangements or shipping charges.

Your sauna is an investment in your home and your wellbeing. If you would rather know it has been assembled carefully and correctly, professional sauna assembly may be available in your area through Golden Designs’ assembly service partner.

Trained, insured technicians can assemble your sauna after delivery, so you can move from arrival to enjoying your new space with greater confidence.

If your sauna needs to be moved from its delivery location to the room where it will be assembled, additional relocation assistance may also be available.

Assembly is optional and arranged separately. Availability and pricing depend on your ZIP code, sauna model, and any additional services requested.

Simply purchase your sauna as usual. Once your order is placed, Between Living will personally connect with you to confirm your delivery details and help you understand the professional assembly option if you would like it.

      A few important details before purchase, from delivery and electrical requirements to optional professional assembly, so you can plan your sauna with confidence.

      1. We Must Confirm Your Delivery Details After Purchase

      After your order is placed, Between Living will contact you before submitting the order to Golden Designs.

      We will confirm your delivery address, phone number, access conditions, and any possible issues such as narrow roads, dirt roads, dead ends, steep driveways, gated access, or special delivery circumstances.

      This step is required to help avoid refused delivery, redelivery fees, storage fees, or delivery delays.

      2. How Delivery Works
      Freight Delivery (Handled by Golden Designs)

      Your sauna is shipped via freight carrier arranged by Golden Designs. The carrier will contact you directly to schedule delivery.

      Curbside Drop-Off

      Delivery is curbside only. The freight carrier will place the sauna at your driveway or nearest accessible location. They do not bring the unit inside, move it to its final installation location, or assemble it.

      Important: Standard freight delivery and professional sauna assembly are separate services. If you would like help after delivery, professional assembly may be available in your area and can be arranged separately.
      3. Professional Sauna Assembly Is Available

      Prefer the peace of mind of having your sauna assembled by an experienced professional? Golden Designs now offers access to professional sauna assembly through its assembly service partner.

      Trained and insured technicians may be available to assemble your Golden Designs sauna after delivery, giving you another option if you would rather leave the build in experienced hands.

      Professional assembly is optional and is not included in the purchase price of your sauna or standard freight delivery.

      Availability is based on your service ZIP code and the sauna model you purchase. Assembly pricing is quoted separately by the assembly provider.

      If service is not yet available in your area, coverage may continue to expand and a waitlist option may be offered by the assembly provider.

      Need help moving the sauna to its final assembly location?

      Depending on availability and the services selected during booking, the assembly provider may also offer relocation assistance for an additional charge. This can include moving the sauna to its final location on the same level or moving it upstairs or downstairs.

      The sauna and all of its parts should be on-site before the scheduled appointment, and the assembly area must be clear, level, accessible, and ready for the technician.

      Professional assembly does not automatically include site preparation, structural work, or electrical installation. Any electrical work required for your sauna should be completed separately by an appropriately licensed electrician.

      You do not need to arrange professional assembly before ordering. After your sauna purchase, Between Living can help you understand the next step if you would like to explore assembly service in your area.

      4. Electrical Requirements Matter
      • 1-person, 1–2 person, and 2-person infrared saunas typically run on a standard 120V / 15AMP outlet (a dedicated line is recommended).
      • 3-person and 4-person infrared saunas require a dedicated 20AMP outlet on a dedicated 20AMP circuit breaker.
      • 6-person saunas require two dedicated 20AMP outlets on two separate 20AMP circuit breakers.
      • Traditional and hybrid saunas require the stove to be directly wired to your electrical panel by a certified electrician.

      Professional sauna assembly is separate from electrical work. Assembly technicians should not be assumed to provide electrical installation unless the individual provider is appropriately licensed and that service has been specifically arranged.

      If you are unsure about your setup, we recommend confirming the electrical requirements for your specific sauna with a licensed electrician before purchase or installation.

      5. Choose Capacity Carefully

      Sauna capacity is a helpful guide, but comfort can vary depending on body size, seating preference, and how much space you prefer while using the sauna.

      If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger model when space and electrical requirements allow.

      6. Returns, Cancellations & Fees
      • Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
      • Returns must be processed within 30 days of delivery.
      • Returned items must be in original packaging.
      • Opened or assembled items may be subject to return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
      • Used items are not eligible for return.
      • Redelivery, storage, change-of-address, and freight-related fees may apply when applicable.
