ThermaSol products range from modular outdoor-living elements such as lounges, changing rooms, pergolas, terraces, privacy structures and soaking tubs to complete indoor and outdoor sauna environments. Processing and delivery timing varies by product, model, current availability, destination, and freight requirements. Larger architectural pieces may require specialized freight delivery and additional coordination.

Many ThermaSol sauna models are stocked and may be available for fulfillment considerably sooner, while certain models may require up to approximately 12 weeks of lead time. Actual timing depends on the specific model and availability at the time of order.

  • Nordic Dawn saunas are delivered fully assembled and ready for placement.
  • A forklift or crane is required for unloading and positioning the unit.
  • Heater installation must be completed by a licensed electrician.
  • Ensure the access route to the installation area is clear for placement equipment.
  • Install the sauna on a firm, level surface with proper drainage.
  • Recommended surfaces include concrete, decking, pavers, or compacted gravel.
  • The heat-treated pine exterior may be left natural or painted to suit your outdoor space.
  • Refer to the product manuals for complete installation and safety requirements.

Shipping Details

  • Free shipping is included for eligible deliveries within the contiguous United States.
  • Outdoor saunas are delivered fully assembled by commercial freight.
  • Customers are typically contacted approximately two weeks before delivery to schedule a convenient delivery appointment.
  • Due to the size and weight of these fully assembled units, appropriate unloading equipment (such as a forklift or crane) may be required. Manual unloading is generally not recommended.
  • Please ensure there is clear access from the delivery location to the final installation site and that suitable unloading arrangements are in place before delivery.

  • ThermaSol freight delivery is curbside only. If you would like assistance moving your sauna from the curb to its prepared final location, Between Living can help coordinate a local white-glove delivery and placement service where available, quoted and invoiced separately.

    What is White-Glove Delivery?
    White-glove delivery can help move your fully assembled sauna beyond the curbside delivery point to its prepared location on your property, such as through a driveway, side access, garden, or patio. Access and any required placement equipment are assessed by the local provider.
