SHIPPING & DELIVERY — THERMASOL

ThermaSol products range from modular outdoor-living elements such as lounges, changing rooms, pergolas, terraces, privacy structures and soaking tubs to complete indoor and outdoor sauna environments. Processing and delivery timing varies by product, model, current availability, destination, and freight requirements. Larger architectural pieces may require specialized freight delivery and additional coordination.

Many ThermaSol sauna models are stocked and may be available for fulfillment considerably sooner, while certain models may require up to approximately 12 weeks of lead time. Actual timing depends on the specific model and availability at the time of order.

White Glove Delivery Option

Need help beyond curbside delivery? Where available, Between Living can help coordinate a local white-glove service to move your product from the curbside delivery point to its prepared final location.

Built with a durable dark heat-treated spruce exterior and a warm heat-treated aspen interior, the Nordic Misty Lounge combines natural beauty with modern functionality. Pre-wired lighting, integrated power outlets, and plug-and-play installation make setup simple while providing the convenience needed for work, entertainment, or everyday relaxation.

Available in Medium and XL sizes with multiple door configurations, the Nordic Misty Lounge allows you to customize and expand your outdoor wellness environment over time.

  • Ensure a clear and accessible path from the delivery point to the final placement location.
  • A connecting plate and transport brackets are included for secure attachment.
  • Both structures must be installed on the same level when connected together.
  • Wider cover boards and roof profiles create a seamless transition between modules.
  • Customers may adjust the sauna door opening direction if desired.
  • Refer to the product manuals for complete installation instructions.

 

Shipping Details

  • Free shipping is included for eligible deliveries within the contiguous United States.
  • Delivered fully assembled by commercial freight.
  • Customers are typically contacted approximately two weeks before delivery to schedule a delivery appointment.
  • Because these modules are delivered fully assembled, suitable unloading equipment (such as a forklift or crane) may be required depending on your site and the product configuration.
  • Please ensure there is clear access from the delivery location to the final installation site.

  • ThermaSol freight delivery is curbside only. If you would like assistance moving your structure from the curb to its prepared location on your property, Between Living can help coordinate a local white-glove delivery and placement service where available, quoted and invoiced separately.
