SHIPPING & DELIVERY — THERMASOL

ThermaSol products range from modular outdoor-living elements such as lounges, changing rooms, pergolas, terraces, privacy structures and soaking tubs to complete indoor and outdoor sauna environments. Processing and delivery timing varies by product, model, current availability, destination, and freight requirements. Larger architectural pieces may require specialized freight delivery and additional coordination.

Many ThermaSol sauna models are stocked and may be available for fulfillment considerably sooner, while certain models may require up to approximately 12 weeks of lead time. Actual timing depends on the specific model and availability at the time of order.

White Glove Delivery Option

Need help beyond curbside delivery? Where available, Between Living can help coordinate a local white-glove service to move your product from the curbside delivery point to its prepared final location.

Available in Small and Large sizes, this standalone module can be seamlessly connected to Nordic Misty saunas, changing rooms, lounges, or pergolas. The dark heat-treated spruce frame delivers exceptional durability and weather resistance, while the heat-treated aspen flooring and decorative 3D wooden slats create a refined, modern atmosphere.

Complete with integrated plug-and-play lighting, the Nordic Misty Terrace offers a comfortable outdoor space that evolves with your needs.

Shipping Details

  • Free shipping is included for eligible deliveries within the contiguous United States.
  • Larger ThermaSol structures are delivered fully assembled or in modular sections via commercial freight, depending on the product.
  • Customers will be contacted before delivery to arrange a convenient delivery appointment.
  • Please ensure there is adequate access from the delivery location to the final installation site.
  • Some oversized products may require unloading equipment or additional site access. We will contact you in advance if special delivery arrangements are needed.

  • ThermaSol freight delivery is curbside only. If you would like assistance moving your order beyond the curbside delivery point and closer to its prepared location on your property, Between Living can help coordinate a local white-glove delivery and placement service where available, quoted and invoiced separately.

    What is White-Glove Delivery?
    White-glove delivery provides additional handling beyond standard curbside freight and can be helpful where driveway, side access, garden, patio, or other property conditions require additional movement. Access and handling requirements are assessed by the local provider.
