Product Description

CANADIAN TIMBER GEORGIAN CABIN SAUNA WITH PORCH - WOOD BURNING

There is a special kind of warmth in a sauna that welcomes you before the fire is even lit. The CT Georgian Cabin Sauna with Porch pairs the grounding character of cedar and flame with the added ease of a built-in front porch — a place to pause, cool down, and settle into the rhythm more slowly. With its classic cabin form, sheltered entry, and wood-burning heart, it offers a retreat that feels both practical and deeply restorative.

The Georgian Cabin Sauna with built in front porch is handcrafted by Leisurecraft from Eastern White Cedar that is lighter in colour and has tight knots in the wood. The cabin shape fits in well with all cottages and homes and comes in kit form. Overhang roof and front porch area are a nice accent to this model. The black metal shingle roof ensures that your sauna is dry and ready to enjoy. With its large front windows and built in front porch that sauna will last for generations.

This listing is the wood-burning ready version — meaning you choose the heater, floor plate, and chimney configuration that complete your build.

Build Checklist (Simple + Essential)

Required to operate (don’t skip)

1) Heater Option (Required)

This is the heart of the wood-burning sauna experience — the source of dry heat, fire-lit atmosphere, and traditional character. A heater must be selected for the sauna to function as intended.

2) Heater Floor Plate (Required)

The heater floor plate helps protect the area beneath the stove and supports a safer, more complete wood-burning installation.

3) Chimney Option (Required)

A proper chimney setup is necessary for safe venting and correct wood-burning operation. It is an essential part of completing the sauna build.

Strongly recommended (for comfort + completion)

4) Accessory Package

An accessory package adds the finishing ritual elements that make the sauna feel more complete, welcoming, and ready to enjoy from the start.

Optional upgrades

5) Lighting Option

Lighting is not required for operation, but it can bring a softer atmosphere and a more intentional mood to the space, especially in the evening.

Clear expectations before checkout

Please review before ordering. Larger Leisurecraft deliveries may require customer-arranged unloading, equipment, or local assistance.

Residential delivery, crates & unloading DO NOT MISS

Most residential deliveries are curbside or end-of-driveway by appointment.

The trucking company typically does not unload the crate, bring it inside, move it to a backyard, or place it in the final location.

Some larger shipments require the customer to arrange assistance or equipment for unloading, such as a forklift for heavy crates.

The freight carrier may not be able to back into certain driveways, private roads, narrow roads, or restricted-access locations.

Important: Optional white-glove or in-home placement is not included in standard delivery. If requested, Between Living may help coordinate a separate third-party service, quoted and paid separately where available.
This optional service may assist with moving the product from curbside to a preferred location only. It does not replace any required unloading plan, and it does not include assembly, construction, plumbing, or electrical work.
White-glove service is most commonly used for larger sauna units. Smaller items may not require additional handling.

If assembly, construction, plumbing, or electrical work is needed, the customer is responsible for arranging the appropriate local contractor or licensed professional.

We’ll share the delivery instructions before shipment and again when tracking is issued.

Lead times and build estimates vary by model; we confirm at time of order.

Returns & order changes

Returns and changes depend on order status and manufacturer policy.

Freight and delivery fees are typically non-refundable once booked or shipped.

Between Living will assist with the request, but final approval is per manufacturer guidelines.

Leisurecraft Product FAQ

Will my order be delivered to my door?

Most residential deliveries are curbside/end-of-driveway by appointment. The carrier typically won’t bring the crate into your home or backyard.

Do you install the sauna?

Installation isn’t included. Most customers assemble using the included instructions or hire a local contractor/handyperson.

Will optional white-glove delivery assemble or install my product?

No. Optional white-glove or in-home placement may help move the product from curbside to a preferred location, depending on availability and the provider. It does not include assembly, construction, plumbing, or electrical work. If those services are needed, the customer is responsible for arranging the appropriate contractor or licensed professional.

Will the trucking company unload the crate for me?

Usually no. The driver generally does not unload, and may not back into a driveway. Some smaller crates may ship with liftgate service, but larger crates often require customer-arranged unloading, such as forklift or equipment.

What if I don’t have a forklift?

Options can include renting equipment, hiring local help with a forklift, arranging trailer pickup at a terminal if offered, or coordinating an alternative offload method. Plan ahead for larger shipments.

How does delivery scheduling work?

The carrier contacts you to set an appointment once your shipment reaches the local terminal. Please respond promptly to avoid storage or re-delivery fees.

What if I miss the delivery appointment?

Missed appointments can result in storage and/or re-delivery charges from the carrier. If anything changes on your side, contact the carrier as soon as possible.

What should I do if the crate arrives damaged?
  • Inspect the crate before signing.
  • Take clear photos of any damage.
  • Note damage on the delivery receipt, also called the bill of lading, before accepting.
  • Contact us promptly so we can assist.
What if parts are missing or there’s hidden damage?

Keep packaging and take photos. Notify us as soon as possible so we can guide next steps with the manufacturer.

Can I cancel or change my order after purchasing?

Changes and cancellations depend on production stage and shipping status. Contact us as soon as possible. Earlier requests are always easier to accommodate.

Are returns accepted?

Returns are generally limited for drop-shipped freight items. If a return is approved, fees and shipping costs may apply. Please review the full policy link above.

What happens if I refuse delivery?

Refusing delivery can result in restocking and return freight charges. If there’s a concern at delivery, accept the shipment and document any damage first.

Do heaters, stones, or accessories come included?

Many items are purchased separately, such as heater, stones, and upgrades. Please review the product page selections and “Complete your setup” options.

How long will it take to build/ship?

Build times vary by model and season. We confirm timing at order and share updates once the manufacturer schedules production and shipping.
