Between Living SMS Consent Terms

Between Living offers two separate optional text-message programs. Customers must opt in separately to each program. Submitting consent for one program does not enroll you in the other.

1. Customer Care SMS

By entering your mobile phone number, checking the Customer Care SMS consent box, and submitting the Customer Care form, you agree to receive customer care text messages from Between Living.

Customer Care SMS may include communications concerning:

  • Questions or inquiries you submitted
  • Product questions
  • Assistance with an existing order
  • Warranty or return requests
  • Other customer service and support matters

Customer Care SMS does not include delivery-status notifications, marketing messages, or promotional offers.

2. Delivery Notifications SMS

By entering your mobile phone number, checking the Delivery Notifications SMS consent box, and submitting the Delivery Notifications form, you agree to receive delivery-related text messages from Between Living.

Delivery Notifications SMS may include:

  • Shipment-status updates
  • Carrier coordination
  • Delivery scheduling
  • Delivery delays
  • Arrival or delivery-status notifications

Delivery Notifications SMS does not include customer care campaigns, marketing messages, or promotional offers.

Separate and Optional Consent

Each SMS program requires separate consent. Joining one program does not enroll you in the other.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Between Living.

Between Living will not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
