Camplux orders placed through Between Living are generally prepared and released for shipment within approximately 3–6 business days, depending on product availability and warehouse processing.

Once shipped, standard parcel delivery typically takes approximately 4–6 business days. Larger products, multiple-item orders, or shipments requiring LTL freight may take approximately 8–10 days in transit and may require additional delivery coordination.

Smaller orders are typically shipped by carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, while larger orders may travel by freight carrier.

Maintenance Tips - Damage caused by freezing is not covered under Camplux warranty. It must be properly drained if the water heater stored in cold climate, Freeze damage can occur in the heat exchanger or water valves. To avoid it, please open the drain stern located at the bottom right of the water heater. You can do so by turning in a counterclockwise direction. Please disconnect all incoming and outgoing water lines when do it. Store in a warm dry place.

  1. Turn off the water heater, take out the batteries
  2. Disconnect all inlet and outlet connections from the water heater(there maybe leak out, please prepare with a bucket or rags)
  3. Unplug the drain plug in the bottom of the unit, tilt on it’s sides to drain it off completely
  4. Store indoors in a dry environment until next use
