Camplux orders placed through Between Living are generally prepared and released for shipment within approximately 3–6 business days, depending on product availability and warehouse processing.

𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐔𝐬𝐞 𝐓𝐢𝐩𝐬 - To prevent damage to the water heater caused by freezing in winter, be sure to turn off the water inlet, keep the shower knob "ON", and remove the drain valve to drain the remaining water after each use. If the outside temperature is near or below freezing 32°F (0°C), make sure the system is properly drained and stored indoors

  1. Turn off the water heater, take out the batteries
  2. Disconnect all inlet and outlet connections from the water heater(there maybe leak out, please prepare with a bucket or rags)
  3. Unplug the drain plug in the bottom of the unit, tilt on it’s sides to drain it off completely
  4. Store indoors in a dry environment until next use
