Leisurecraft saunas, cold plunges, hot tubs, and outdoor showers are handcrafted, with current estimated production times generally ranging from approximately 2–9 weeks, depending on the model, configuration, and production schedule.
Leisurecraft furniture and smaller items may be ready sooner, particularly when inventory is available. Timing for these products varies according to availability and current fulfillment schedules.
Once completed, freight-delivered products typically require approximately 5 -14 additional days for transit, depending on destination and carrier scheduling.

Oversized Freight & Unloading
Larger products are delivered by scheduled curbside or end-of-driveway freight. Standard freight delivery does not include unloading. Depending on crate size and carrier configuration, customers may need to arrange suitable unloading equipment or terminal pickup.
For sauna shipments where the shipping crate exceeds 84 inches in length, standard tailgate delivery is not available. Depending on the delivery configuration, alternative unloading arrangements may be required. Leisurecraft can arrange tilt/tow delivery from the local freight terminal for an additional $1,450. This is a separate optional delivery service and is not included in Between Living’s free standard shipping. The charge is the customer’s responsibility and will only be arranged with the customer’s approval. Tilt/tow delivery does not include assembly, installation, or final-site placement.

Residential Delivery & Unloading +
Most residential deliveries are curbside or end-of-driveway by appointment.
The trucking company typically does not unload the crate, bring it inside, move it to a backyard, or place it in the final location.
The freight carrier may not be able to back into certain driveways, private roads, narrow roads, or restricted-access locations.
Optional white-glove or in-home placement is not included in standard delivery. If requested, Between Living may help coordinate a separate third-party service, quoted and paid separately where available.
If assembly, construction, plumbing, or electrical work is needed, the customer is responsible for arranging the appropriate local contractor or licensed professional.
Lead times and build estimates vary by model. We confirm timing at order and share updates once the manufacturer schedules production and shipping.

All products designed and manufactured by Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. (“LeisureCraft”) are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of five years, beginning on the date the product is received by the original end-user consumer.
This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, insufficient or improper maintenance, natural weather conditions, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s installation, usage, or care instructions.
In the event of a valid warranty claim, LeisureCraft will provide replacement parts at no charge. However, the replacement of parts will not extend the original warranty period.
This warranty is limited solely to the replacement of parts and does not cover any associated service, labor, or installation costs.

Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. is committed to providing high-quality sauna heaters and accessories. They will match the manufacturer’s warranty on all eligible products purchased from them.
If the manufacturer offers a warranty on the product, LeisureCraft will honor that warranty under the same terms, coverage, and duration. This warranty is limited to the replacement of parts only and excludes service, labor, or installation costs.
This warranty does not apply to defects caused by normal wear and tear, improper installation, inadequate or improper maintenance, or failure to follow installation, use, or care instructions.
All electrical connections must be made by a licensed electrician. Failure to comply with this requirement will void the warranty.

Will my order be delivered to my door?

Does the furniture arrive fully assembled?
Assembly can vary by item. Review the product-specific manufacturer documentation and product description for the item you are purchasing.
Do furniture orders require heavy unloading equipment?
Smaller furniture should not be treated like an oversized sauna crate. Any special unloading requirement depends on the actual shipment.
Will optional white-glove delivery assemble or install my product?
No. Optional white-glove or in-home placement may help move the product from curbside to a preferred location, depending on availability and the provider. It does not include assembly, construction, plumbing, or electrical work.
How does delivery scheduling work?
The carrier contacts you to set an appointment once your shipment reaches the local terminal. Please respond promptly to avoid storage or re-delivery fees.
What if I miss the delivery appointment?
Missed appointments can result in storage and/or re-delivery charges from the carrier.
What should I do if the crate arrives damaged?
- Inspect the crate before signing.
- Take clear photos of any damage.
- Note damage on the delivery receipt before accepting.
- Contact us promptly so we can assist.
What if parts are missing or there’s hidden damage?
Keep packaging and take photos. Notify us as soon as possible so we can guide next steps with the manufacturer.
Can I cancel or change my order after purchasing?
Changes and cancellations depend on production stage and shipping status. Contact us as soon as possible.
Are returns accepted?
Returns are generally limited for drop-shipped freight items. If a return is approved, fees and shipping costs may apply.
What happens if I refuse delivery?
Refusing delivery can result in restocking and return freight charges. If there is a concern at delivery, accept the shipment and document any damage first.
