Leisurecraft saunas, cold plunges, hot tubs, and outdoor showers are handcrafted, with current estimated production times generally ranging from approximately 2–9 weeks, depending on the model, configuration, and production schedule.

Leisurecraft furniture and smaller items may be ready sooner, particularly when inventory is available. Timing for these products varies according to availability and current fulfillment schedules.

Once completed, freight-delivered products typically require approximately 5 -14 additional days for transit, depending on destination and carrier scheduling.

Oversized Freight & Unloading

Larger products are delivered by scheduled curbside or end-of-driveway freight. Standard freight delivery does not include unloading. Depending on crate size and carrier configuration, customers may need to arrange suitable unloading equipment or terminal pickup.

For sauna shipments where the shipping crate exceeds 84 inches in length, standard tailgate delivery is not available. Depending on the delivery configuration, alternative unloading arrangements may be required. Leisurecraft can arrange tilt/tow delivery from the local freight terminal for an additional $1,450. This is a separate optional delivery service and is not included in Between Living’s free standard shipping. The charge is the customer’s responsibility and will only be arranged with the customer’s approval. Tilt/tow delivery does not include assembly, installation, or final-site placement.

Manufactured in Canada by Leisurecraft, The Polar Plunge Tub is designed as a quality solution for cold plunge therapy with or without a sauna. It features a white cedar exterior and offers a choice of 304 Stainless Steel or White HDPE Plastic for the interior liner, allowing you to choose the finish that best fits your preferences and maintenance style.

The tub includes angled sides for easier entry and exit, holds 190 gallons (720 litres) of water, and comes with an easy-to-use drain that connects to any garden hose. An optional roll-up cover helps keep the water clean when the tub is not in use.

Cold plunge delivery varies by model and configuration. Do not assume that heavy unloading equipment is required solely because the item is freight shipped. The actual shipment and carrier requirements remain the source of truth.
Residential Delivery & Unloading +

The trucking company typically does not unload the crate, bring it inside, move it to a backyard, or place it in the final location.

Product-specific unloading: The required unloading method depends on the actual crate, shipment dimensions and carrier arrangement. A forklift or crane is not presented here as a default requirement for this product type.

The freight carrier may not be able to back into certain driveways, private roads, narrow roads, or restricted-access locations.

Residential limited warranty guidance 5 Year Residential Limited Warranty Policy +

All products designed and manufactured by Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. (“LeisureCraft”) are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of five years, beginning on the date the product is received by the original end-user consumer.

This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, insufficient or improper maintenance, natural weather conditions, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s installation, usage, or care instructions.

In the event of a valid warranty claim, LeisureCraft will provide replacement parts at no charge. However, the replacement of parts will not extend the original warranty period.

This warranty is limited solely to the replacement of parts and does not cover any associated service, labor, or installation costs.

If the manufacturer offers a warranty on the product, LeisureCraft will honor that warranty under the same terms, coverage, and duration. This warranty is limited to the replacement of parts only and excludes service, labor, or installation costs.

This warranty does not apply to defects caused by normal wear and tear, improper installation, inadequate or improper maintenance, or failure to follow installation, use, or care instructions.

All electrical connections must be made by a licensed electrician. Failure to comply with this requirement will void the warranty.
