• A forklift or crane is required for unloading and placement.
• Install on a firm, level surface such as concrete, decking, pavers, or compacted gravel.
• Ensure a clear access path from the delivery point to the final installation location.
• Both the sauna and changing room must be positioned on the same level when connected.
• Included transport brackets and connection hardware create a seamless attachment.
• Wider cover boards and roof profiles conceal the transition between structures for a finished appearance.
• Customers may adjust the sauna door opening direction if desired.

• Free shipping is included for eligible deliveries within the contiguous United States.
• Larger ThermaSol structures are delivered fully assembled or in modular sections via commercial freight, depending on the product.
• Customers will be contacted before delivery to arrange a convenient delivery appointment.
• Please ensure there is adequate access from the delivery location to the final installation site.
• Some oversized products may require unloading equipment or additional site access. We will contact you in advance if special delivery arrangements are needed.
