Processing and delivery timing varies by product, model, finish, current availability, destination and freight requirements.
ThermaSol steam generators, controls, steam heads and related steam-system components are generally fulfilled separately from the larger sauna and architectural product lines. Processing times typically takes 3-7 business days but may vary by model, finish and current availability, and larger commercial or wellness systems may require additional coordination.
Many ThermaSol sauna models are stocked and may be available for fulfillment considerably sooner, while certain sauna models may require up to approximately 12 weeks of lead time. This extended lead time applies to specific sauna models and should not be assumed for ThermaSol steam generators, controls or other steam-system components.
Once a sauna or other large ThermaSol product has shipped, freight transit generally requires approximately 4–10 additional business days within the contiguous U.S., depending on destination and carrier scheduling. Large sauna cabins may arrive by scheduled flatbed or specialized freight delivery and may require site preparation and unloading arrangements specific to the model. Steam systems and smaller components generally do not require the specialized unloading arrangements associated with large sauna cabins, although larger commercial or wellness systems may ship differently depending on size and destination.
