SHIPPING & DELIVERY — THERMASOL

ThermaSol products include residential and commercial steam systems, controls, steam heads, wellness components and related accessories, alongside complete indoor and outdoor sauna environments and modular outdoor-living structures. Processing and delivery timing varies by product, model, finish, current availability, destination and freight requirements.

ThermaSol steam generators, controls, steam heads and related steam-system components are generally fulfilled separately from the larger sauna and architectural product lines. Processing times  typically takes 3-7 business days but may vary by model, finish and current availability, and larger commercial or wellness systems may require additional coordination. 

Many ThermaSol sauna models are stocked and may be available for fulfillment considerably sooner, while certain sauna models may require up to approximately 12 weeks of lead time. This extended lead time applies to specific sauna models and should not be assumed for ThermaSol steam generators, controls or other steam-system components.

Once a sauna or other large ThermaSol product has shipped, freight transit generally requires approximately 4–10 additional business days within the contiguous U.S., depending on destination and carrier scheduling. Large sauna cabins may arrive by scheduled flatbed or specialized freight delivery and may require site preparation and unloading arrangements specific to the model. Steam systems and smaller components generally do not require the specialized unloading arrangements associated with large sauna cabins, although larger commercial or wellness systems may ship differently depending on size and destination.

Dual mirrored glass walls create a bright, open atmosphere while preserving privacy and reflecting the surrounding landscape. Inside, thermally modified aspen benches and Tyrol wood panels deliver warmth and natural beauty, complemented by integrated RGB LED color therapy for a customizable experience.

Available in left- or right-hand configurations and equipped with a Wi-Fi-enabled 8kW Virta heater, Vera combines compact design with premium outdoor living.

  • A forklift or crane is required for unloading and positioning the unit.
  • Heater installation must be completed by a licensed electrician.
  • Ensure the access route to the installation area is clear for placement equipment.
  • Install the sauna on a firm, level surface with proper drainage.
  • Recommended surfaces include concrete, decking, pavers, or compacted gravel.
  • Refer to the product manuals for complete installation and safety requirements.

Shipping Details

  • Free shipping is included for eligible deliveries within the contiguous United States.
  • Outdoor saunas are delivered fully assembled by commercial freight.
  • Customers are typically contacted approximately two weeks before delivery to schedule a convenient delivery appointment.
  • Due to the size and weight of these fully assembled units, appropriate unloading equipment (such as a forklift or crane) may be required. Manual unloading is generally not recommended.
  • Please ensure there is clear access from the delivery location to the final installation site and that suitable unloading arrangements are in place before delivery.

  • ThermaSol freight delivery is curbside only. If you would like assistance moving your sauna from the curb to its prepared final location, Between Living can help coordinate a local white-glove delivery and placement service where available, quoted and invoiced separately.

    What is White-Glove Delivery?
    White-glove delivery can help move your fully assembled sauna beyond the curbside delivery point to its prepared location on your property, such as through a driveway, side access, garden, or patio. Access and any required placement equipment are assessed by the local provider.
