Most in-stock MSpa portable hot tubs are typically prepared for shipment within approximately 24–36 hours after our distribution partner receives the purchase order.
Once shipped from Highland, California, delivery generally takes 3–5 business days within the contiguous U.S., depending on destination and carrier arrangements.
Certain larger spas ship in multiple cartons and may require additional delivery coordination. Availability and delivery estimates may vary by model and destination.

The Cocoon-ECO features 138 air jets with three adjustable massage levels, creating a soothing bubbling experience that helps you relax after a long day.
Its 700W massage air jet system provides three power levels: 300W, 450W and 700W. With room for up to six adults, the spa offers space for both shared moments and personal restoration.
The international Cocoon presentation also references SyncJet™ hydrojet technology, which integrates water intake, pressurization and ejection. Hydrojet functionality is not confirmed for US model F-CO063WE and should not be assumed included.
MSpa Link 2.0 allows you to manage heating, cleaning and sanitizing from your smartphone, with convenient scheduling and notifications. The intelligent scheduling features help prepare the spa for the times you plan to use it.
The compact all-in-one control box centralizes operation. An energy-saving timer and the manufacturer's Heat Tech system help make spa ownership simpler.
The 10 cm-thick, high-density EPE foam panels are engineered to help limit heat loss, giving the spa a more substantial insulated structure. The included heat preservation foam mat also helps separate the spa from the ground beneath it.
MSpa reports laboratory heating performance up to 2.6°C per hour and energy consumption as little as 3–6 kWh per day under its stated testing conditions. Actual results depend on ambient temperature, water temperature, usage and other conditions.
The US product's rated heating increase remains 2.3–3.0°F per hour, with a 1350W heater and a maximum water temperature of 104°F (40°C).
Cocoon-ECO combines a built-in UVC sanitation system with Smart Filtration and antibacterial inner-liner fabric. These technologies support regular water care and maintenance.
Smart Filtration includes filter reminders. The manufacturer recommends cleaning the filter cartridge after each use and replacing it every 3–5 days.
UVC and antibacterial fabric do not replace routine water testing, appropriate sanitizer use or the maintenance procedures described in the owner's manual.
The anti-icing function automatically activates when water temperature falls below 1°C (33.8°F) and warms the water to approximately 3°C (37.4°F). This is a supplemental safeguard and does not replace the manufacturer's winter-use or storage instructions.
The child safety lock provides an additional control safeguard, while the antibacterial inner-liner fabric is designed to help reduce bacterial reproduction on the treated material. Adult supervision around water is always essential.

An enclosed ultraviolet chamber helps inactivate microorganisms in circulating water. MSpa reports that its technology targets more than 60 types of microorganisms and pathogens.
The UVC light remains enclosed inside the control system, allowing supported models to operate the function during a soak.
